In the interest of patient care and changing needs, candidates are required to be completely flexible and are obliged to carry out duties in any department or location of the Hospice or associated locations when required to do so by the Director of HR & Training and the Chief Executive Officer.Essential RequirementsQualifications:Relevant third level qualification at degree level in HRCIPD membershipExperience:Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience working in a fast-paced HR department1 years’ experience in a management / senior HR roleExperience with industrial relations mattersExperience delivering training to groups and facilitating teamsA strong background in project managementExperience representing employer at third party forums under the auspices of the Workplace Relations CommissionStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office package,i.e. Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint etc.Desirable RequirementsQualifications:Masters in Human Resources or related areaExperience:Experience in a senior HR role in a healthcare environmentExperience with and knowledge of Public Sector Superannuation schemesExperience of reporting from SAP HR/Payroll systemInformal enquiries for this recruitment panel advertisement are most welcome.
