houses.
The site is underway, with around half the houses complete and plans to be on site for another couple of yearsYour new role as Site ManagerOversee subcontractor packages on site.
Manage Health and Safety of your team.
Host whiteboard meetings and daily kick-offs.
Regular reporting to wider team and stakeholders on project progress.
Manage site end-to-end, including snagging and handover.Review on-site process to ensure optimum project deliveryWhat you'll need to be successful as Site ManagerA valid CSCS card.
Previous experience in Residential Building and Construction.
Strong health and safety knowledge.
