Store Operations Manager
A dynamic and experienced store operations manager is required to oversee the day-to-day activities of our supermarket in North Dublin. This role involves leading a team of department managers and staff, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the opening and closing procedures to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
* Supervise and coordinate department managers' and staff's activities, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain adequate stock availability.
* Ensure the store maintains a high level of cleanliness and organisation, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, striving to provide excellent customer service.
* Assist in recruitment, training, and development of staff members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
* Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire the team.
* Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve issues and promote a positive shopping experience.
