We are working with a top-tier Irish law firm based in Dublin for an Associate and Senior Associate to join their Tax team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join an ambitious Corporate Tax team, working across advisory, transactional areas, and tax disputes also. The candidate will work on a vast range of tax matters including corporate restructurings, M&A, private equity, VAT, cross-border tax planning, real estate tax, and more.
The individual will deliver tax solutions to a global client base, while working with an international team. The candidate will also be willing to engage in business development and thought leadership.
Essential Criteria:
* 5+ years' PQE;
* Open to both qualified solicitors and tax advisors (CTA);
* Strong tax background;
* Strong team player;
* Commercial awareness;
* Willingness to engage in business development;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Technically excellent.
