Catering Services Manager
The role of a Catering Services Manager involves overseeing the delivery of exceptional catering services to patients and their guardians, reflecting the hospital's commitment to quality, safety, respect, caring, and compassion. Key Responsibilities
* To provide high-quality catering services that meet the needs of patients and their guardians.
* To manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital's catering service, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
* To oversee the maintenance of high standards of hygiene, health, and safety in the catering department.
* To ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
* Professional or postgraduate qualifications in Hotel and Catering Management, Culinary Arts, or similar.
* At least three years' experience in an assisting role in an environment serving not less than 200 meals daily.
* HACCP Management training from a recognized training provider.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
