My client is a leading aircraft leasing firm seeking a Compliance Associate to support regulatory compliance and internal governance. This role is suited to candidates who thrive in a lean, high-performance environment and are comfortable with broad responsibility as the platform scales.
Responsibilities
* Interpret and implement CBI, MiFID, and AIFM compliance requirements
* Maintain regulatory policies, procedures, and internal controls
* Oversee filings and interactions with the Central Bank of Ireland
* Coordinate with a US-based investment adviser on cross-border compliance matters
* Partner with internal teams to embed compliance into decision-making processes
Requirements
* 3–8 years in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles within financial services
* Experience with Irish regulatory frameworks (CBI, MiFID, AIFM)
* Ability to manage compliance independently and engage senior stakeholders
