* Establish compliant internal processes and procedures for the Financial Services team.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* CFP certification or equivalent.
* Possession of a recognized industry qualification.
* Demonstrated expertise in Life and Pensions with a strong sales and advisory background.
* Exceptional communication skills for success in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
