* Develop and deliver training programs related to regulatory technology solutions.
* Onboard new employees and associated training.
* Manage global training responsibilities for US, UK and Luxembourg employees.
* Continuously assess training needs.
* Create educational materials and ensure employees stay updated on compliance, risk management, and regulatory reporting.
Key requirements for this role include:
* Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a training focused role.
* Ability to prioritize, multitask and work effectively within a team in a deadline-driven environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and build relationships both internally and externally.
