We are seeking a Deputy General Manager to assist in the running of our hotel. This role will involve leading the day-to-day operations for all areas of the hotel, motivating and leading staff, and providing strategic support to senior management.
Purpose:
The Deputy General Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the hotel's operations are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, overseeing budgets, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
