We are hiring a Bank Staff Nurse for a leading Hospital in Dublin, Ireland .
Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments on admission, accurately document findings, and continuously reassess patient condition throughout care.
Identify patient care needs, develop, implement, evaluate, and update individualised care plans and discharge criteria in line with best practice.
Deliver safe, timely, and evidence-based nursing care, performing clinical procedures in accordance with hospital policies and professional standards.
Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic, and seamless patient care.
Advocate for patients by promoting dignity, confidentiality, safety, and wellbeing, and responding appropriately to patient and family needs.
Maintain accurate, secure, and legally compliant written and electronic nursing records, utilising ICT systems in line with hospital policy.
Demonstrate competence in medication administration, emergency response, infection prevention and control, and health and safety practices.
Participate in quality improvement, audit, data collection, and evaluation of care to enhance clinical standards and patient outcomes.
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and colleagues, contributing actively to team meetings and seeking support when required.
Requirements Registered in the General Division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Demonstrated evidence of ongoing personal and professional development.
Commitment to continuous skills training relevant to the clinical needs of the patient caseload.
