Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Automatic Vision Inspection Systems SME to join their pharmaceutical facility in Cork, Ireland. Located on the picturesque west coast of Ireland, this position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as client owner representative for a defined package, providing direction and input into design, construction, and commissioning progression by an EPCM firm.
2. Advocate safe work practices and culture, reinforcing safety values amongst all team members.
3. Advocate continuous improvement in project quality, driving excellence in project execution.
4. Preparation of project related deliverables such as project plans, schedules, work plans, change management, cost tracking.
5. Co-ordinate and support design, construction, commissioning and qualification activities in collaboration with other project team members, operations personnel, external contractors and suppliers.
6. Remove roadblocks, help resolve issues, escalate challenges and decisions in a timely manner, thus ensuring project is continuously moving forward.
7. Liaising with various operations teams regarding impact of construction work in specific areas and agreement of scheduling of works, thus minimising interruption to site business.
8. Liaise and co-ordinate with stakeholders, equipment vendors, business partners, and SMEs as required to support project delivery.
9. Support monitoring & control of project cost and schedule in collaboration with other team members.
10. Input to continuous monitoring and management of project execution risks and establishment of contingency plans where necessary.
11. Support safe handover of systems at mechanical completion and IOQ completion, including system energisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* 7+ Years Project Engineering Experience
* Visual Inspection Project Manager Experience
* Experience in CAPEX projects
* Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with Stakeholders
* Excellent communication/presentation skills
* GMP Experience
* Pharmaceutical Experience
