Our client, an international PR agency, is seeking a PR Account Executive to support the delivery of high-quality PR and social media activity across multiple markets and platforms (online and offline).
This role is ideal for a highly motivated, detail-oriented communicator with strong writing ability, a passion for media, and a genuine interest in international communications. You will work as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team supporting global client accounts across multiple European markets.
The successful candidate will be culturally adaptable, proactive, and eager to develop their PR and digital communications career within a dynamic agency environment.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution, coordination, and media/social delivery across international campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations
Support the delivery of PR campaigns across multiple markets and sectors
Research and identify relevant media, journalists, and influencers across different countries
Draft and adapt high-quality written materials including press releases, press kits, media alerts, blog content, and social media copy
Assist in proactive media outreach and follow-up under guidance from senior team members
Build and maintain awareness of key media and influencer landscapes in assigned markets
Support coordination of PR activities including interviews, press events, press trips, and trade shows
Assist in media monitoring, coverage tracking, and reporting using relevant tools
Maintain accurate records of media activity and campaign results
Social Media Support & Execution
Assist in managing client social media channels across multiple platforms
Create engaging written and visual content aligned with client tone of voice
Support the development and execution of social media content calendars
Assist in monitoring social media activity and community engagement
Contribute to performance reporting and basic analysis of social media metrics
Support senior team members in delivering social media recommendations and insights
Account & Team Support
Provide day-to-day support to Account Managers and senior team members
Assist with preparation of client presentations, reports, and documents (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Contribute to research tasks including competitor analysis, media audits, and market insightsSupport internal coordination of client deliverables and deadlines
Develop strong understanding of client accounts and communications objectives
Key Criteria
2+ years’ experience in PR, communications, social media, or digital marketing (agency or in‑house)
Fluent written and spoken English plus fluency in one additional European language (Spanish, French, German, or Polish preferred)
Previous professional or personal experience in at least one European market outside home country
Strong writing skills across at least two languages
Strong interest in media, journalism, and digital communications
Good understanding of media, influencer, and social media landscapes across multiple markets
Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital content formats
Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external contacts
A collaborative mindset and strong sense of responsibility
