Job Role:
The School Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within the school premises. This includes ensuring the cleanliness of the buildings, grounds, and facilities, as well as taking care of the equipment and furniture.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize tasks, manage their time efficiently, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain a clean and tidy environment within the school premises
* Ensure the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors
* Take care of equipment, furniture, and other assets
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, repairs, and minor construction work
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role or industry
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g., facilities management, maintenance, etc.)
