We're looking for a
Campaign Manager
to support the management and delivery of retail media campaigns across in-store and digital channels.
Working closely with our Client Services and Operations teams, you'll play a key role in delivering best-in-class service to our retailer and supplier clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of retail media campaigns across physical and digital channels by collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standard.
Support the development of effective processes and workflows for managing multiple, multi-channel campaigns, tracking progress and driving on-time delivery.
Work closely with Client Management team to ensure all bookings are captured and delivered in line with deadlines.
Ensure client artwork and documentation adheres to guidelines and policies.
Develop briefing docs for internal and external parties that clearly communicate campaign details and requirements.
Support post-campaign reporting, including collating delivery information, results and materials for client-facing reports.
The Person
Ability to understand the retail media portfolio and effectively communicate guidelines and processes.
Excellent project management skills with an ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail.
Track record of demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving.
Comfortable working with internal systems, trackers, and processes, and quick to learn new tools.
Collaborative and proactive, with a "can do" attitude and a commitment to getting things done.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where no two days are the same.
