Responsibilities
:
1. Assisting the Head ofpliance with promoting an organizational culturemitted to integrity, ethical conduct andpliance with applicable laws and regulations through design and implementation of appropriate standards, policies, procedures and processes.
2. Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments impacting the organisation (including overseas branches) and supporting with timely implementation of same.
3. Providing day-to-day advice, challenge and support to the business regardingpliance obligations arising under new initiatives, programs, products and services.
4. Assisting the Head ofpliance with the preparation ofpliance reports for Executive Management and Boards of Directors, as required.
5. Developing and delivering training to employees at all levels of the business on keypliance-related matters and topics.
6. Assisting with regulatory fitness and probity applications and ensuring adherence to the CBI Individual Accountability Framework.
7. Coordinating responses to regulatory information and documentation requests, as required.
8. Preparing and submitting regulatory filings, as required.
9. Advising on licensing queries.
10. Carrying outpliance monitoring and testing, as required.
11. Coordinating with corporate grouppliance colleagues to ensure group-wide policies and requirements are implemented, as appropriate, and supporting with group reporting requirements.
Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
12. Professional certification inpliance or other relevant qualification.
13. Good understanding of Irish and wider European regulatory environment including CBI prudential and consumer requirements.
14. Strong verbal as well as writtenmunication skills with good attention to detail and ability to produce consistently high-quality work.
15. Proven ability to work on own initiative and thrive in a team-based environment.
16. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and adapt to the needs of the business.
17. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
18. Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
