We’re partnering with a client who is undergoing an exciting period of growth to hire a Recruitment Coordinator to support their People Business Partners in high-volume, high-quality hiring.
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
What you’ll do
Partner with People Business Partners to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
Manage high-volume direct recruitment across operational roles
Source and attract candidates via multiple channels, including proactive outreach
Coordinate all recruitment logistics – interviews, candidate communication, onboarding support
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and process documentation
Analyse recruitment data to optimise sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes
Support employee referral programmes and broader talent initiatives
Continuously improve processes to ensure efficiency and quality
What we’re looking for
Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or high volume TA)
Experience in high-volume recruitment environments is essential
Passion for a long-term career in recruitment or HR
Exceptional organisational, analytical, and time-management skills
Proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to prioritise and deliver results
High energy, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
