Our Client, A leading Developer in the Construction Industry is looking to recruit a Health and Safety Manager in the Dublin area to join the business. The developer has over 3000 residential units ongoing and in the pipeline at present with a mix of low- and high-density deliveries. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 7 to 10 years construction-based Health and Safety experience. Responsibilities / Duties The selected candidate will manage the Day to Day running and management of the Health and Safety Department with duties outlined below: Manage and co-ordinate the existing team of H & S advisors Manage policies and procedures of the organisation Manage and collate audits and associated statistics etc Ensure that the organisation is aligned with the latest industry requirements and regulations.
