Job Brief
Rosie & Jim is seeking a proactive, creative and organised Marketing Executive to support day to day marketing and communications across Ireland, the United Kingdom and Germany working with B2B and B2C marketing.
The focus of this role will be on brand stewardship and practical delivery: managing the many moving parts of the workstream, creating and coordinating social content, coordinating suppliers and partners, supporting retail and trade activity, and reporting results.
Attention to detail and project management are imperative. Creativity and passion for the business are key. We are looking for an energetic person who can communicate clearly with peers, partners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Administration / Coordination / Budget Management
· Own the marketing WIP and intake, prioritise requests, schedule activity and track actions to closure. Attend internal daily, weekly and monthly meetings.
· Track budgets and POs, liaise with suppliers and retailer submissions.
· Agency Management
· Brief and manage designers, printers, media partners and freelancers to timelines and specifications.
· Coordinate approvals with internal stakeholders and retailers, ensuring assets meet brand and technical requirements.
· Retail Activations
· Plan and deliver in-store activations with Sales, prepare artwork, samples and logistics, and gather results/photos.
· Trade Show Activations
· Support stand planning, materials, bookings and on-site coordination. Manage follow ups and asset filing after the show.
· Light Design
· Create and adapt simple assets in Canva, resize for platforms and prepare basic POS mock ups as needed.
· Social Media Management (posting, responding and outreach)
· Plan, write, design and schedule posts for agreed channels, manage community responses and outreach.
· Maintain the content calendar and ensure localisation and approvals by market.
· Content Creation Management
· Produce simple day to day content for internal opportunities, reels and stories using brand assets.
· Manage third parties for larger shoots and complex content, with clear briefs, shot lists and call sheets.
· Content Calendar Management
· Keep an accurate multi-market calendar, align with promotions, launches and retail timelines.
· Influencer Management
· Source and vet creators, manage briefs and deliverables, track rights and usage, report on outcomes.
· Partnership Management
· Coordinate partnerships, ensuring assets, copy and timings are delivered and on brand.
· Sponsorship / CSR Activations
· Support sponsorship and community initiatives with clear messaging, assets and measurement.
· Reporting / Analysis
· Issue a concise weekly update with shipped work, key metrics and plans for the week ahead.
· Prepare a monthly dashboard for social, web and paid activity with short commentary and recommended actions.
Requirements & Skills
· Minimum two years' experience in a hands on marketing role with evidence of follow through and responsiveness.
· Excellent organisation and project management, comfortable juggling multiple deadlines.
· Confident Canva skills and social publishing, basic image/video editing an advantage.
· Experience coordinating designers, printers, media and influencers.
· Comfort with data and reporting, able to draw simple insights and next steps.
· Clear written and verbal communication with internal teams, partners and retailers.
· Food/FMCG or multi-market marketing experience is an advantage.

Terms and Benefits
· Salary: competitive, commensurate with experience. Scaled - €35,000-€40,000.
· Full time, Monday to Friday, on site at Rosie & Jim's Head Quarters in Dublin 12.
