About Nyrah Beauty
Nyrah Beauty is an Irish skincare brand offering science-led, plant-based solutions for sensitive and problem-prone skin. As we expand from direct-to-consumer e-commerce into B2B retail, we're building partnerships with independent pharmacies across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
We're now looking for a reliable and organised team member to help manage and grow this new wholesale channel. This is a varied role with a mix of client-facing work, order management, and cross-functional coordination.
The Role
This is a hands-on position focused on supporting and managing relationships with our pharmacy stockists. You'll follow up on leads and orders generated by our sales representatives, conduct in-person visits to pharmacies to introduce the product range, manage B2B order processing and fulfilment, and oversee the B2B e-commerce platform.
You'll work closely with colleagues in operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure pharmacy partners have a smooth and professional experience with the Nyrah brand.
This is a field-based role that will require regular travel across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
Pharmacy Relationship Management
* Support and follow up with pharmacies after sales rep visits
* Schedule and carry out in-store product introductions and staff training sessions
* Build strong relationships with pharmacy buyers, owners, and front-of-house teams
* Act as the main point of contact for pharmacy queries and support requests
* Support the CEO in engaging with retail and with customers through scheduling and organising retail events
Order Processing & Fulfilment
* Manage incoming wholesale orders and ensure timely, accurate dispatch
* Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery
* Monitor stock levels and communicate proactively with the internal team
E-Commerce & Admin Support
* Maintain the wholesale section of our B2B portal (e.g., Shopify or similar)
* Assist with onboarding new pharmacy partners and managing account access
* Troubleshoot platform issues and liaise with technical support when needed
* Support the media creation dept through Social media and media creation where possible
Internal Collaboration
* Share customer feedback and insights with the wider team
* Work with marketing to coordinate promotions or in-store materials
* Track key sales metrics and support reporting for management
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a similar client-facing or operational role (e.g. B2B support, sales admin, pharmacy sales, or wholesale coordination)
* Ideally someone with experience in and has a passion for skin care
* Comfortable visiting clients and presenting product information in a clear, confident way
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Confident using order systems or e-commerce platforms
* Self-starter with the ability to manage their own schedule and priorities
* Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across ROI and NI
* Is willing to wear the company logo and be a team member.

Location
Field-based with regular travel. Some flexibility around your home location, but must be able to travel across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
