Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hospitality Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of professionals to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Front of House Manager in developing a strong team through consistent effective leadership, training, and operational management.
* Drive goals for the department, follow departmental policies, procedures, and standards, and promote the Brand`s service culture.
* Create Sparkle moments that are based on personalization and creativity, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
* Effectively handle quests' requests and reservations by adopting a one-stop approach.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 1-2 years previous experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star property.
* The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
* Strong supervisory skills and a strong command of the English language.
* Highly organized with strong customer service skills and able to work flexible hours, including weekends, Bank Holidays, early shifts, and evening shifts.
