Help maintain the brand's image throughout all customer interactions, while actively supporting the team in meeting and exceeding sales goals.Customer ExperienceEngage with customers to deliver exceptional service, respond to inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and ensure a memorable and positive shopping experience.Store AdministrationSupport the Store Manager with daily administrative tasks including inventory management, stock control, cash handling, and sales reporting. Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies.Shop OperationsAssist in overseeing the smooth running of daily store operations. This includes managing opening and closing procedures, contributing to an efficient store layout, and helping maximise store profitability.Staff CoordinationHelp coordinate staff scheduling, training, and delegation of responsibilities. Motivate and guide the team to meet their targets and uphold high service standards.Financial SupportSupport the monitoring of sales performance, budgeting, and financial targets. Assist with basic accounting functions and the preparation of regular financial reports.Inventory ManagementAssist in maintaining optimal inventory levels through accurate stock counts and effective replenishment. Participate in seasonal adjustments and stockroom organisation.Customer Service StandardsEnsure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service. Reinforce brand-aligned staff behaviour, promote a safe and secure environment, and support the development of emergency and health & safety procedures.Loss PreventionAid in implementing and maintaining effective loss prevention strategies.
