The primary purpose of this role is to provide direct leadership to the asset management baggage O&M teams, ensuring the ongoing operation of the baggage halls & asset availability of Dublin Airport's 14km of automated baggage conveyor system assets, through an optimized & risk-based approach, a supportive continuous improvement culture & aligned to our ISO55001 standards. The role is predominantly a day role but may require flexibility for out of hours attendance. The role holder will lead 4 x 24/7 shift teams with the team leads reporting in directly and the team members indirectly.
