About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact existing and past customers to explore new business opportunities
* Make outbound calls and send emails to generate new leads
* Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing
* Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
* Deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales growth
* Accurately process orders and maintain accurate customer records
* Prepare competitive and detailed quotes
* Support the wider sales team with administrative tasks
* Generate insightful reports and keep sales data up to date
* Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries
* Provide cover and support for colleagues when needed
* Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance service and efficiency
Requirements
* Experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Target-driven and motivated to exceed sales targets
* A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
