Job Description:
Our client, a great company in North Dublin, is hiring a HCA Team Leader to join their team. This role involves supporting Service Users daily, in line with Alpine Healthcare’s mission, vision, and values. Newly hired Team Leaders will collaborate with the Homecare Service Manager and Care Coordinator to maintain high standards of care.
* Work flexibly on a rota basis and be available for on-call duties.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping in compliance with company policies and data protection laws.
* Perform additional duties as required to meet the needs of residents and the service.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Participate in staff supervision and appraisal processes.
* Provide payroll information and act as a liaison between staff, Service Users, and management.
* Manage staff and Service User risks appropriately, including PPE management.
Qualifications / Experience:
* Working towards or holding QQI Level 6 qualification or management experience.
* Experience working with vulnerable populations, including those with disabilities and older persons.
* Experience leading shifts and working with adults with learning disabilities.
* Knowledge of equal opportunities, health and safety, and relevant legislation.
* Flexible, positive, creative, and dynamic with good communication skills.
