TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting the following positions on behalf of a leading Autism service provider (Section 39) based in South Dublin;
Senior Social Care Worker
Team Leader
These positions are full time permanent positions working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday from either 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9.30am to 5.30pm, some flexibility required.
Salaries:
Senior Social Care Worker: from €44515 to €59545
Team Leader: from €50669 to €59545
Premium rates on top of gross hourly rate:
1. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday): time + a half
2. 6pm – 11pm: time + a sixth
3. Night Duty: time + a quarter
Requirements:
Senior Social Care Worker
* At least one year’s recent experience working as a Social Care Worker supporting people with complex needs
* Proven knowledge of current legislation and regulations relating to the Social Care Sector
* Understanding of the needs and rights of individuals with autism
* BA in Social care level 7 or equivalent in similar setting
* Full clean manual drivers license
Team Leader:
* Three years Management experience with responsibility for a team of employees
* Proven knowledge of current legislation and regulations relating to the Social Care Sector
* Understanding of the needs and rights of individuals with autism
* Full clean drivers license essential
