Job Description:
You will be responsible for managing a large and diverse portfolio of clients and ensuring that high-quality audit work is delivered while building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also oversee and train junior members of the team, prepare and present business tenders, manage work in progress and billings, and take full responsibility for managing and reviewing the work of the audit team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Project management: managing a large and diverse portfolio of clients
* Promotion and oversight of quality audit work on your client engagements
* Management of client relationships
* Supervising and training junior members of the team
* Preparation and presentation of business tenders
* Working capital management: managing work in progress and billings
* Client fee negotiation
* Taking full responsibility for managing and reviewing the work of the audit team
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who are ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum of 5+ years' experience. Experience in Funds and/or SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) is highly desirable. You should have strong technical skills (Irish GAAP and auditing standards), electronic auditing experience, ability to motivate and manage staff under tight deadlines, and strong attention to detail and analytical assessment.
