Our client, a leading Renewable Energy Investor, is currently recruiting for an experienced Investment Manager to join their team in Dublin. The Investment Manager will play a key role in originating and executing investments across electrification enabling infrastructure, solar, wind and energy storage assets.
Key Responsibilities
Origination and screening of new investment opportunities across electrification infrastructure, renewables and energy storage.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with developers, sponsors, advisors and wider industry participants.
Leading and coordinating end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence, project finance, structuring and negotiation.
Preparing and presenting high-quality investment papers to senior management and the Investment Committee.
Requirements for this Role
6-10 years’ experience in an investment or M&A advisory environment with extensive knowledge of renewable energy, energy storage and electrification infrastructure assets.
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with the ability to assess complex project finance structures and understand key value drivers/return metrics.
Demonstrated experience leading the full transaction lifecycle, from origination through to execution.
