You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Construction and Support Functions to help deliver projects to global Clients. This role will be based in a state-of-the-art healthcare facility in Dublin City.Duties will include but are not limited to:Scheduling of External ContractorsCollection and Uploading of Specialists reports to IWMS systemsCreation and Management of Equipment RegistersWorking with EHS teams to arrange onsite inductionsLogging and Assigning of Reactive Callouts to a multidisciplined maintenance teamAssist with Paperwork on small projects onsiteManagement of Office FacilitiesSkills And RequirementsLeaving Certificate.2+ years in a similar position.Excellent IT skills essential (Microsoft Word and Excel).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Highly organised with strong attention to detail essential.Ability to multi-task and work well under strict deadlines.Ability to work well within a team environment and on own initiative.Knowledge of the construction or healthcare industries would be advantageous.Training for in-house systems will be provided to the successful candidate.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
