My client, is currently experiencing significant growth. As a result they are currently looking to hire a company secretary for their growing team. You will ideally have 2+ years company secretarial experience in an accountancy, legal or specialised company secretarial firm. The Role: Work on a portfolio of clients with responsibility for ensuring that companies continue to meet their statutory filing obligations Drafting Company Formation and Company Secretarial documentation Liaising with clients and the Company Registration Office (CRO) on a regular basis Provide advice to clients and team members on all aspects of Company Secretarial work Work closely with other departments in the business. The Person: A minimum of two years prior experience in a similar role with an accountancy, legal or specialised Company Secretarial firm. Highly organised with keen attention to detail, have a strong client focus with excellent communication skills Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Diligent / Blueprint an advantage Ability to work on own initiative and alongside other team members Skills: Corporate Governance Compliance Benefits: Work From Home
