Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement project plans and schedules to achieve timely delivery, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate project activities in accordance with company quality systems, standard procedures, and engineering specifications.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and adherence to quality standards.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives and deliver 'right first time' results.
Requirements:
• Degree in an engineering discipline (Civil, Structural, or Construction Management).
• Proven experience as a main/specialist contractor, preferably in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of safety management, quality management, and construction industry practices.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
