Job Title: Tax Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced tax professional to lead our tax services team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality commercial tax advice and service to clients.
* Bring business knowledge, innovation, and insight to create value for clients and the firm.
* Deliver tax insights that help business leaders make confident business decisions.
* Advise clients on business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border expansion, financing, tax audits, etc.
* Produce reports and presentations for clients.
* Engage with Revenue on client matters.
* Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
* Advise on all tax matters for clients across all tax heads.
Requirements:
* 5+ years general tax/accounting practice experience.
* An in-depth knowledge of Accounting and Tax Standards.
* Strong experience working across all tax heads.
* Experience of operational supervision of assignments and managing of client relationships.
* Strong technical capabilities from managing and delivering complex tax projects.
* Enthusiastic team player and manager with a passion to coach and encourage others to achieve their potential.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Sage.
* Taxpro.
* ROS.
* Excel (Advanced preferable).
* DRIVE (Practice Management and client database).
* Virtual Cabinet (Document Management System).
* Microsoft Suite.
