Independent agencies shape brands, culture, and conversations. In this unique partnership between Accenture and Pinterest, we’re looking for someone who can help agencies unlock new growth on Pinterest’s platform.
This is a high-impact new business role focused on acquiring and developing partnerships with leading independent agencies across Europe. You will play a key role in expanding Pinterest’s advertising footprint by identifying, engaging, and closing high-value agency partnerships.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Driving Agency Acquisition
You will proactively identify and prioritise high-potential independent agencies across key European markets. Using data, research, and market insights, you’ll develop and execute acquisition strategies designed to deliver measurable revenue growth.
This role requires disciplined pipeline building — both in-quarter and long-term — ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities.
Winning New Business
You will prospect, qualify, and engage agencies through tailored outreach and consultative conversations. From first contact through to negotiation and close, you will own the full sales cycle.
You’ll lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders, understand their commercial objectives, and position Pinterest as a meaningful growth partner.
Building Strategic Value
Understanding agency and client needs is central to success in this role. You’ll conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover business challenges and develop tailored value propositions that clearly demonstrate ROI and long-term impact.
Working cross-functionally, you will leverage internal insights, trends, and case studies to craft compelling proposals and presentations for agency and client pitches.
Market Intelligence and Growth Planning
You will stay close to the competitive landscape, identifying gaps and opportunities where Pinterest can differentiate and win. Insights gathered from agencies will inform acquisition strategies and contribute to ongoing service improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Extensive experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and acquisition targets
Strong understanding of the digital advertising and agency landscape
Experience prospecting and closing new business
Confident communicator, comfortable in senior client‑facing environments
Skilled relationship builder able to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
Experience using CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Pitchbook, Congism, Lusha, or similar
Fluency in French and English
Travel
This role may require domestic and international travel to meet agencies, attend industry events, and support business development initiatives.
