OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our team. This role will support the research team on project delivery. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding consumer behaviour, industry trends, and market dynamics, and will want to continue their research career in a research company that is driven by technology. Our team members are the prime drivers of our success and we can directly attribute their effort to the growth of our company.ResponsibilitiesUsing the Bounce proprietary technology to execute primary research studiesSurvey set up and scriptingAssist in questionnaire design and client sign offCollect, clean and QC quantitative data to derive insightsPanel Partner liaison: Fieldwork & Translation management and optimisationAccount management: billing, contracting, user supportSupport in preparing output and visualisations of findings when requiredProvide administrative support to senior researchers, including document managementWork closely with senior team members to understand business objectives and tailor research accordinglyEnsure research activities adhere to ethical and methodological best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounts, product development, and commercial teamsOwn fieldwork management across multiple projectsManage project timelines and delivery coordinationTake responsibility for survey QC and launch readinessRequirements2+ years of experience in primary market research, a related analytical role or as part of a brand or marketing teamNaturally curious about technology and comfortable using digital tools to streamline and enhance researchQualifications & ExperienceUnderstanding and interest in quantitative research methodologiesStrong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret dataAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project needsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyA proactive and curious mindset with a willingness to learnBachelor's degree in Market Research, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related fieldBounce values people from all walks of life.
