€34200 (incl LA) + bonus + relocation package (up to €800)

Onsite training (circa 2 months) leading to a hybrid model (min one week per month from the office).
Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Assist customers with product information, placing orders, and resolving any issues or complaints
* Process customer returns and exchanges, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
* Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and shipping, to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements:
* Fluent in German and English
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle irate or difficult customers
* Detail-oriented and able to efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture
