A Senior Systems/Routing Engineer is needed to keep the digital plumbing running.
Think voice, email, chat, and everything in between.
Millions of interactions flow through this platform around the clock, so uptime and scale are serious business.
If you like untangling routing strategies and making complex systems behave, this is your playground.
What the job looks like
Routing strategies for workflows, voice, and digital channels will be designed and kept sharp.
SIP networking, soft clients, and vendor platforms will not scare you.
Routing issues will be solved before they have a chance to ruin anyone's day.
Linux systems will be tuned and monitored until they purr.
Documentation will be written because future-you and your teammates deserve it.
Crisis management will occasionally land on your desk and you will be expected to handle it.
Automation, containers, and CI/CD pipelines will be part of your daily toolkit.
What you need to bring
Three to five years of routing experience.
If you know workflows, queuing, agent selection, or SIP, you are in good shape.
Comfort with Agile ways of working and a real appreciation for DevOps.
Hands-on Docker and container deployment experience.
CI/CD know-how that goes beyond buzzwords.
Linux skills that make you the person others call when things go sideways.
Experience keeping systems alive in a 24/7 environment.
