Role Overview
As a General Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical machinery.
* Performing routine preventative maintenance tasks across the estate.
* Addressing maintenance issues promptly and efficiently using the Hotel\'s Maintenance App.
* Ensuring hotel premises, including guest rooms, are always in excellent working condition.
* Implementing preventative maintenance plans.
* Keeping maintenance stores clean, safe, and well-organized.
* Recording daily work using maintenance software.
* Working every third weekend as part of the maintenance rota.
* Attending to HVAC-related tasks and general facility repairs.
The Ideal Candidate
We\'re looking for someone who possesses:
* A minimum of 2 years\' relevant experience in a similar maintenance or engineering role.
* Relevant trade qualifications.
* Solid knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
* Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
