**Job Title:** Digital Growth Strategist
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer sales experiences and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.
• Own a portfolio of medium and large size businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
• Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
• Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, including end customers and agencies.
**Requirements:**
• Experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, account management, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Dutch to support client relationship management in this region.
• Strong knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics, and ability in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
• Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
• Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in the Netherlands, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
