Each day, we are finding new ways to strengthen our award-winning culture and accelerate creativity, innovation and growth.Tax ManagerAs a Tax Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of corporate income tax for the Northern Europe region, including the management of US GAAP and local GAAP tax accounting requirements, tax compliance, transfer pricing documentation and the management and mitigation of tax risks for the region.In an ever-developing world of tax legislation, this position will play a key role in ensuring compliance across the region while also identifying and driving opportunities for tax optimization.As part of the Taxation Team, you’ll:Management of corporate income tax compliance requirements for the Nordic regionAccurate reporting of tax liabilities under local and US GAAP accounting principlesCollaborating with internal stakeholders to drive forward transfer pricing models and ensure timely production of supporting documentationDevelopment and creation of tax process documentation across the region, identifying control weaknesses, recommending mitigation strategies and maintaining a tax risk registerResponsibility for rolling out training across the region for new tax reporting processesMonitoring of international tax developments relevant for the region and managing the Group's response and implementation of changesReview risks and opportunities while analyzing tax numbersMaintaining cash taxes forecast for the region and assisting with global cash repatriation projectsProvide support across the region for tax audits and litigationsAbout you:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics plus professional accounting qualification and / or tax qualification with a minimum of 8 years experience within international direct taxation at Big 4 Audit firm, international law firm or at a multinational organizationStrong technical expertise in tax law and accounting with proven experience of managing corporate tax requirements for at least one country in the Nordic region.).Experience of IFRS or US GAAP tax accounting requirementsSelf-starter and quick learner with strong analytical skills to synthesize large amounts of data, financial modelling skills, attention to detail and accuracy, comfortable working with tight deadlinesKnowledge of transfer pricing in large multinational businessesExcellent communication (both oral and written) and collaboration skills with proven ability to work cross-functionally and effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skillsExperience of Workday Finance and Onesource Tax an advantageShow an ownership mindset in everything you do.
