Leadership Role
A senior leadership opportunity is now available for a highly driven and goal-oriented individual to manage the operation of a busy retail and food facility.
This role entails overall responsibility for site operations, including managing a team of approximately 45 members. The ideal candidate will have substantial store management experience in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent people management and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high customer service standards through a motivated and productive team, while also meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). They must demonstrate prior excellence in people and organisation management, with a proven ability to manage and perform in pressurised situations.
The role requires:
* Minimum of five years senior management experience
* Excellent people management and communication skills
* Experienced in talent acquisition, retention & staff development
* Customer service focused
* Strong sales, marketing and PR focused front facing ambassador
* Commercial and financial acumen
* Innovative and forward looking in the context of site development
* Strong leadership & organisational skills
* Structured and goal oriented work approach
The role is supported by off-site group functions, including finance, HR, maintenance, marketing and fresh food expertise. This is a full-time and permanent position on a flexible arrangement.
