Job Title: Office Administrator

Company: All About Healthcare.

Location: All About Healthcare Offices (Mainly Southside Dublin)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Reports To: Line Manager

Job Summary:

All About Healthcare is seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our care team operations and provide administrative assistance across Contact Care and The Care Team. This part-time role is central to ensuring smooth office processes, maintaining compliance, and supporting both internal staff and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

* Coordinate and manage staff appraisals and maintain related records.
* Process and track annual leave documentation for care staff.
* Monitor staff expenses, ensuring timely submissions and approvals.
* Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
* Maintain and organize office filing systems.
* Order and track office and PPE supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
* Scan, file, and archive documents in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
* Provide administrative support to the recruitment and HR team as needed.
* Assist with the preparation of documentation for audits and inspections.
* Liaise with managers and care staff to support general operational requirements

Additional Notes:

Duties are not limited to the above and may evolve depending on the needs of the business. Flexibility and a willingness to assist across departments will be essential to success in this role.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 1–2 years of office administration experience (homecare or healthcare a plus).
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Working Conditions:

* Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and flexibility.
* Interaction with a variety of people including clients, caregivers, vendors, and healthcare professionals.
