What You'll Do:
As the senior HSEQ expert, you'll provide the strategy, systems, and support that allow the business to thrive responsibly. You'll be the go-to authority, ensuring every part of the organization—from project execution to factory production—operates to the highest standards.
* Champion the Strategy:
Craft and lead the Group's HSEQ strategy, ensuring it drives business goals, meets legal duties, and reflects industry best practice.
* Build the Framework:
Develop and maintain the core policies, procedures, and standards that form the backbone of our HSEQ culture. Your work will clarify responsibilities and set clear expectations for everyone.
* Empower & Assure:
Equip operational leaders with the tools, training, and guidance they need. You'll monitor performance through a robust schedule of audits, inspections, and data analysis, turning insights into action.
* Drive a Learning Culture:
Lead the response to incidents and near-misses, focusing on root causes and preventative solutions. You'll ensure lessons are learned and shared across the entire organization.
* Be the Trusted Advisor:
Provide expert guidance to senior leadership on HSEQ risks and opportunities. Your input will be crucial in winning new work, launching projects, and exploring new markets.
* Foster Integration:
Collaborate closely with Digital/IT teams to ensure HSEQ systems are intuitive and woven into daily workflows, not seen as a separate task.
Who We're Looking For:

* A proven HSEQ leader with significant experience in construction, manufacturing, or a similar high-risk, multi-site environment.
* Deep, current knowledge of HSEQ legislation and management systems (ISO 45001, 9001,
