Our Core functions focus on optimizing internal operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives that enable the company to thrive. In this role, you will have significant impact and wide-ranging responsibilities: overseeing full-cycle recruiting, shaping hiring strategies, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. This is a 11 month fixed-term contract.ResponsibilitiesPartner with multiple internal stakeholders with varying priorities to understand their hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies to hit headcount goalsPartner closely with recruiting analytics to ensure accurate reporting of hiring progress back to the businessBuild and drive cross-functional partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance and others to scale hiring across StripeConsistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by driving initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channelsProvide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processesWho you areWe're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.Minimum requirements4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred)Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisorHigh agency, can handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization, and thrives on a high level of autonomy and responsibilityProven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipelinesAn active and data driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficientStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externallyPreferred qualificationsProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platformsExperience leveraging sourcing and CRM tools (e.g., Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter) to build and manage talent pipelinesStrong working knowledge of recruiting analytics and reporting tools to drive data-informed hiring strategiesFamiliarity with scheduling, communication, and collaboration tools (e.g., GoodTime, Slack, G Suite) Ability to quickly adopt new recruiting technologies and optimize workflows for scale
