The company delivers a wide range of industry-recognised safety training courses, helping clients meet compliance standards and upskill their workforce.This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll play a key part in ensuring training sessions are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.The Role:You'll be responsible for managing both pre- and post-course administration, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the training department.Key Responsibilities:Prepare all pre-course documentation and materialsProcess post-training paperwork accurately and promptlyMaintain records and databases to ensure compliance and traceabilityHandle general administrative tasks as requiredLiaise with trainers, clients and participants to support smooth course deliveryAbout You:Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within training, education or complianceExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalConfident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or database management is an advantageWhat's on Offer:12-month contract with potential for permanencyCompetitive salarySupportive, professional and friendly working environmentFull-time, office-based role
