* Lead and motivate kitchen staff during busy service
* Oversee prep, quality control and plating standards
* Collaborate on seasonal menus and daily specials
* Uphold hygiene, safety and consistency at all times
* Deputise for Head Chef in their absence
What You Bring:
* 3+ years’ experience in a senior kitchen role
* Solid knowledgeable in cost control, kitchen operations and food trends
* Positive leadership style, genuine ethos of team spirit
* Ability to remain cool under pressure, thriving in a fast-paced, professional kitchen
