We are currently looking for a Transport Manager/supervisor to oversee our small fleet and drivers team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a multicultural team.
You will report to the Professional Competent Certified company owner.
This is a varied role that includes fleet management, driver supervision, and occasional involvement in driving coaches and other company projects.

Ensure compliance with all relevant transport legislation Manage tachographs and drivers infringements.
Maintain Operator Licence requirements and regulatory standards Monitor Driver CPC compliance and certifications Support recruitment, training, and supervision of drivers Promote safe driving practices and company procedures Oversee vehicle inspections and maintenance schedules Monitor fuel usage and control fleet-related costs Maintain accurate records and transport documentation Requisitos D Licence, Driver CPC and Tachograph Card Strong knowledge of Irish transport regulations and compliance (Transport Manager CPC qualification is an advantage but not essential) Previous experience in a similar transport or fleet management role preferred Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Leadership and team management within a multicultural team Good communication and interpersonal skills Budget and cost management awareness Spanish/Italian language skills are an advantage
