What we are looking for

1. At least one year of experience as an SDR, preferably in the SaaS or IT industry.
2. Hunter's mentality and expertise in identifying and prospecting into new accounts.
3. Resilient and capable of failing forward on an ongoing basis.
4. Competitive nature. You’re driven to be the best. You challenge yourself by setting goals, crushing them, and helping your team do the same.
5. High energy. You have boundless enthusiasm and can maintain the same intensity all day. You start each morning with a positive attitude and are ready to make an impact.
6. Excellent English, written, and verbal communication skills.
7. Self-starter capable of bringing ideas and strategies to the table. You value independence and will be successful with little supervision.


What you will be doing

1. Identifying, contacting, and closing new meetings within an established ICP (ideal customer profile).
2. Researching the nuances within our customer profiles to identify great fits for our services.
3. Scheduling meetings with our Head of Sales and learning more about our company and services, with promotion opportunities as you progress.
4. Making 60+ cold calls in your second week.
5. Booking a minimum of two meetings with potential prospects in your third week.
6. Booking at least eight meetings per month by your second month.
