We are seeking candidates with:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in children's residential services working with young people.
* A level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant equivalent.
* A full driving license.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
