The Bridge House Hotel has an exciting opportunity for a Weddings Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities
* Handle all wedding enquiries from initial contact to handover to the operations team on the wedding day.
* Act as the main point of contact for couples from booking to wedding day.
* Provide a warm and professional welcome to couples on their wedding day, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for.
* Assist with queries related to weddings and event bookings.
* Conduct show-rounds for prospective brides and grooms and upsell hotel products to maximize revenue.
* Manage incoming enquiries, provide quotes, and promote hotel facilities.
* Book weddings and coordinate final details with clients.
* Attend wedding fairs and showcases as required.
* Ensure accurate billing and handle associated administration.
* Process payments for deposits and final wedding bills following proper procedures.
* Complete floor plans as needed.
* Coordinate with vendors when necessary.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef and Banqueting team on wedding requirements.
* Research competitors regarding wedding trends, offerings, and pricing to keep the company competitive.
* Support the wider sales department as needed.
