We are seeking an ambitious Senior Recruitment and Business Development Manager to lead the continued growth and success of our Executive Search Business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive search recruitment, business development, and leadership, with experience leading high-performing recruitment teams and achieving ambitious growth targets.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading, managing, and growing the Executive Search Business in Ireland and Internationally, ensuring alignment with the Group Growth Strategy.
2. Delivering on strategic recruitment plans, client development, and business growth targets.
3. Driving exceptional recruitment and service delivery for your own clients and team accounts.
4. Building strong relationships with clients, identifying and developing new business opportunities.
5. Fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and high performance in line with Osborne's values.
6. Overseeing and mentoring a team of recruitment professionals to achieve and exceed performance goals.
7. Promoting the brand by ensuring the highest quality service is delivered consistently to clients and candidates.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A degree-level qualification (Masters desirable)
* Exceptional communication, client management, and leadership skills
