Culinary Team Leader
Red Chair Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Culinary Team Leader to join their team in a busy kitchen based in Cork.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and supporting the team with daily service and preparation. They will be expected to organise and run the kitchen smoothly, manage and train junior chefs, and ensure the highest levels of food quality and consistency.
Duties will include food ordering, stock counting, food safety and hygiene procedures, as well as involvement in menu planning. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills, with a flexible and positive attitude.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef/Culinary Team Leader
* Excellent Communication, Organisation and Time Management Skills
* Able to lead by example and motivate staff
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, paying from €35,000 - €40,000 dependent on experience and qualifications, as well as other benefits to be discussed at interview stage.
